EVELYN A STONE, LCSW-S, CFLE
Evelyn Stone is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and State of Texas Board Certified Supervisor. Ms Stone is a Certified Family Life Educator through the National Council of Family Relations. She has been in the helping field for over 30 years providing Parent Education, Substance Abuse recovery support, and psychotherapy.
PHILOSOPHY
It is our goal to provide personalized high-quality mental health care. We believe clients have the capacity to resolve their own issues with our assistance. Change is a process that takes time. Some clients may only need a few sessions, while other may require months or even years of counseling. We will be supportive, no matter the time frame.
Payment
Please check with your insurance for coverage and benefits. Payment is expected when serves are rendered. We accept cash, checks, Zelle, VISA and MasterCard.

DISABILITY OR OTHER FORMS
Please note, any special forms request (Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, FMLA etc.) will not be completed by this office until the following criteria are met.
-PRIOR to completing ANY FORMS the client must complete 3 consecutive sessions.
-Fees are charged for completing forms and range from $35.00-100.00.
-Fees associated with the request must be paid when the forms are presented.
-Once ALL requirements are met, it may take 7-14 business days to complete forms.
New No Surprise Billing Regulations for Behavioral Health Care Providers
The No Surprises Act aims to increase price transparency and reduce the likelihood that clients receive a “surprise” medical bill by requiring that providers inform clients of an expected charge for a service before the service is provided.
Starting January 1, 2022, behavioral health care providers will be required by law to give uninsured and self-pay clients a good faith estimate of costs for services when scheduling care or when the client requests an estimate.
